Supratec is actively monitoring the PFAS regulatory developments and fully understands the impact it may have for use of our PVDF membranes in water and wastewater treatment.
Supratec R&D has already developed a PES membrane that can fully replace our current membranes in production and meet all the required specifications. All other aspects of our products remain the same. It will be a soft transition where we will offer and install this new membrane even before the possible deadline for PVDF ban.
